Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
All orders are processed promptly from our central warehouse facility:
- Processing & Inspection: Each pair of footwear is individually boxed and inspected for size, finish, and stitching within 24 to 48 business hours of successful payment authorization.
- Dispatch Schedule: Dispatches occur Monday through Saturday (excluding national holidays and Sundays). Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday morning.

Handling Delivery Delays & Damaged Packages
- Unavoidable Delays: While we aim for prompt delivery, rare delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, local transit disruptions, or festive peak seasons. If your shipment is delayed past the estimated window, our team will proactively follow up with the courier.
- Package Damage: If the outer parcel appears tampered with or severely damaged upon arrival, please take a photo and reject delivery, or notify us within 48 hours at support@2brotherhub.com for a free replacement.
- Undelivered Packages / Incorrect Address: In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, our support team will contact you to confirm details for re-dispatch.
